Basic coated Electrode with soft arc and low spatter designed for high quality welds in all positions. This type of Electrode is suitable for welding of mild and medium tensile steels. Also this type is suitable for welding of low purity higher carbon steel and heavy cross sections. It shows excellent impact strengths at low temperature , outstanding positional characteristics, low hydrogen content ( HD <8 ml=ml />100 gr) , good mechanical properties , deposit exhibits, unique ductility , crack resistance and about 110% metal recovery.
Note: Just use dry Electrode to have good welds. Dry Electrodes in 300-350° C for 1 to 2 hours.
